1. Refund Policy

Digital Download Products

Digital products sold through this website, including eBooks, PDFs, audio files, meditation recordings, blessing cards, mobile wallpapers and other downloadable resources, are non-refundable once payment has been completed and access, delivery or download instructions have been provided.

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded after delivery or access has been provided.

Online Courses, Live Classes, Certification Courses and Healing Services

Once payment has been completed, a place may be reserved, course arrangements may begin, learning materials may be prepared, administrative work may be carried out, and attunement or related services may be scheduled. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend for personal reasons, please contact BoBo in advance. You may choose one of the following options:

• Postpone your participation to the next available intake of the same course, subject to the actual course schedule.
• Transfer the amount paid to another course, workshop or healing service of equal value within 12 months from the payment date.
• If the replacement service is priced higher, the difference must be paid.
• If the replacement service is priced lower, the difference will not be refunded in cash.

Technical Issues and Duplicate Payments

If you experience a system error, download problem, access issue, incorrect file or duplicate payment, please contact us. We will assist with correcting access, reissuing materials, restoring access or handling the matter according to the actual situation.
