1. Refund Policy

Digital Download Products

Digital products sold through this website, including eBooks, PDFs, audio files, meditation recordings, blessing cards, mobile wallpapers and other downloadable resources, are non-refundable once payment has been completed and access, delivery or download instructions have been provided.

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded after delivery or access has been provided.

Online Courses, Live Classes, Certification Courses, Workshops and Healing Services

Payments made for courses, workshops or healing services are generally non-refundable. Once payment has been completed, a place may be reserved, course arrangements may begin, learning materials may be prepared, administrative work may be carried out, and attunement or related services may be scheduled.

If you are unable to attend at the originally scheduled time for personal reasons, and the course or service is eligible for rescheduling, please contact BoBo in advance. You may choose one of the following options:

• Postpone your participation to the next available intake of the same course, subject to the actual course schedule.
• Transfer the amount paid within 12 months from the payment date to another course, workshop or healing service of equal value.
• If the replacement item is priced higher, the difference must be paid.
• If the replacement item is priced lower, the remaining balance will not be refunded.

Digital download products, pre-recorded courses for which access has already been granted, digital materials that have already been delivered, and healing services that have already begun are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling or exchange.

Technical Issues and Duplicate Payments

If you experience a system error, download problem, access issue, incorrect file or duplicate payment, please contact us. We will assist with correcting access, reissuing materials, restoring access or handling the matter according to the actual situation.

2. Terms & Conditions

Certification Courses

Where certification is offered, participants may be required to complete specified lessons, practices, attunements, assignments or other requirements before certification is issued. The exact requirements will follow the description of each course.

Voluntary participation

You may decline to share personal experiences, answer uncomfortable questions or join an exercise. You may stop participating or decline further services, and seek another practitioner or qualified professional. Payments already made remain subject to the refund and rescheduling terms on this page. These choices will not be labelled resistance, low energy or a failure to grow.

Trauma and privacy

You do not have to disclose trauma, family matters or other sensitive experiences in a group, livestream or class. We will not use identifiable healing content, private conversations, images or stories in promotion without your clear consent. We seek consent before sharing feedback and aim to remove identifying and highly sensitive details.

Honest information and choice

Healing, meditation, Reiki, card readings, hypnosis and related experiences do not guarantee recovery from illness, resolution of mental health concerns, improved relationships, a partner, increased income or any other particular outcome. BoBo offers support and tools, without making life decisions for participants. We do not pressure anyone to renew services by claiming they will lose progress or energy, or require anyone to recruit others to receive services.

Professional boundaries and crisis referral

These services do not provide medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy or emergency crisis support. If you are thinking of harming yourself or another person, experiencing a serious mental health crisis, violence or an immediate threat to your safety, contact local emergency services, medical care, a qualified mental health professional or a crisis support service. In immediate danger, seek local emergency help now rather than waiting for BoBo to reply.

BoBo will not advise you to stop prescribed medication, replace medical care with energy healing, dismiss serious symptoms as an energy cleanse, or delay necessary professional help.

Healing should help you reclaim your ability to choose, rather than make you dependent on BoBo.

All content on this website and within our courses, including but not limited to PDFs, eBooks, PowerPoint files, handouts, meditation scripts, audio recordings, videos, posters, images, logos, website text, course materials and energy tools, is owned by or lawfully used by BoBo Tan or Happy Love Home Healing.

Without written permission, no content may be copied, reproduced, printed, resold, redistributed, publicly shared, uploaded to another platform, adapted, recreated using artificial intelligence, or used for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in relation to any unauthorised use.
